There is justifiable concern in our health care sector about talent management planning, and about maintaining an adequate supply of current and future leaders with the required skills, competencies, attributes and behaviours for success. To lead the way forward, the OHA has developed Leadership Competency models within a talent management framework, and offers a variety of implementation guides.
Two new courses, based on the competencies, are now available: Leaders Getting Results Through Others and The Emotionally-Intelligent Manager.
Governance Centre of Excellence (GCE)
