Earlier this year, North York General Hospital (NYGH), reached Stage 6 on the HIMSS Analytics Electronic Medical Record Adoption Model SM (EMRAM), an advanced eHealth designation.
Following HealthAchieve (November 7-9, 2011), the OHA and NYGH are inviting conference attendees to a presentation, demonstration and Q&A on how NYGH has improved the quality and safety of patient care by replacing manual systems, vulnerable to errors, with computerized physician order entry (CPOE) and closed loop barcode medication administration systems.
When: Wednesday, November 9th, 2011, departing from the MTCC at 2:00 pm and returning by 4:30 pm (transportation to be provided)
