In March 2010, the OHA officially launched a new Strategic Plan to guide its work over the next three years. At the heart of the plan are four new strategic directions, along with a new vision, mission, values, goals and strategies.
The end product of many months of consultation with its Board of Directors, members, staff, and health care partners, the OHA’s new Strategic Plan details its efforts to deepen health system integration, enhance hospital and health system performance, and improve relationships with Local Health Integration Networks (LHINs) and the Government of Ontario.
