The Leadership of Innovation with Tim Porter-O’Grady

The growing demands of value-driven health reform, multidisciplinary agreement and partnership, evidence-driven leadership and practice, and the ability to live in complex responsive systems calls nurses to rethink both role and skill as health care organizations are readied for sustainable 21st-century health service and health reform.

The Nursing Leadership Session at this year’s HealthAchieve focuses on both simplifying and clarifying the foundations of health innovation and the characteristics of the post-digital age which now form the foundations for the future of health transformation and clinical practice.

Step-by-step, with the participants, Tim Porter-O’Grady will systematically construct a new frame for health care and the practice and leadership skills and techniques which best exemplify what is necessary to create an environment for innovation and lead it.

This year’s Nursing Leadership session will be fast-paced, filled with content, challenging, exciting, humorous, and quite possibly, the catalyst for meaningful nursing practice change.
